Its hot, brown, and plenty of it
I ccooked up some pork and potatoes adding onion, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard. I fried the pork with Montreal steak spice and garlic seasoning. I had some leftover Poutine gravy which went on top. The kids and I liked it.
