Food from home.

My Dad gave me a cookbook Out of Old Nova Scotia Kitchens, published by Nimbus in 1989
 


I also was given several envelopes of gravy mixes. One was of the hot chicken sandwhich by Lonry's

So tonights dinner is a frypan chicken stew with dumplings, potatoes, onions carrots and chicken.
