A blog on the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, with some bits of Newfoundland and other parts of Canada I've visited. Also, a place to find out about foods, and the music and culture. Also a guide for those who want to live and work in the Maritimes, and to all those who have left the region. When homesick, visit this blog

2. A helicopter crash killing 6 crew, 2 from Nova Scotia.
3. a 3 year old boy went missing, may have drowned in Truro.
4. Another air crash killing another officer from Nova Scotia
5. beginning of forest fire season.
6. a woman killed in the Musquodoboit Valley by her own dog.
