Lunenburg inspired Sunday meal

Bangers and mash with sauerkraut with Garlic cheese mashed potatoes.

 We had Sauerkraut, Bratwrust, mashed potatoes, maple butter carrots and bbq onions. I also had a non-alcoholic beer, as I've been dry for 12 years.

Ian and Leena tucked into it well.

I think what should be hammered into the public is do more physical exercise! I walk two hours a day, I try to eat in moderation. I don't smoke or drink, yet when I want to eat, I get this horror style don't eat foods made of wheat!
I really enjoy how the CBC will research and show all sides. As well, it also shows how Canadian scientists work to help us.

 My response to the quick action by the security services in Halifax, Nova Scotia who acted swiftly to prevent a tragedy. Over the next several months, many more facts will come out about this event. Sadly, one young fellow took his own life in a tragic way, but it prevented a terrible event.
